  • cleaned and boiled pumpkin 250 g (to be finely chopped) 
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 20 g salt
  • 5 g saltcream of tartar
  • 300 g Flour
  • 150g Extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh goat cheese Stuffing ingredients 
  • black olives in oil Stuffing ingredients 
  • smoked black pepper Stuffing ingredients 

I n s t r u c t i o n s

  • Combine all ingredients and assemble for about 10 minutes. Dress into the molds and assemble. Bake at 170 g for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve the cake warm with lightly whipped goat cheese and garnish with black olives and smoked black pepper.
