Salt Cake Zucca Oil And Caprino
I n g r e d i e n t s
- cleaned and boiled pumpkin 250 g (to be finely chopped)
 - 2 eggs
 - 150 g sugar
 - 20 g salt
 - 5 g saltcream of tartar
 - 300 g Flour
 - 150g Extra virgin olive oil
 - fresh goat cheese Stuffing ingredients
 - black olives in oil Stuffing ingredients
 - smoked black pepper Stuffing ingredients
 
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Combine all ingredients and assemble for about 10 minutes. Dress into the molds and assemble. Bake at 170 g for about 20 minutes.
 - Serve the cake warm with lightly whipped goat cheese and garnish with black olives and smoked black pepper.
